What is in general the process / job description?
The global trade assistance is supporting the global trade team at our headquarter in Germany as well as sales departments of our European affiliates relating to customs and international trade. Global Trade is responsible for observing legal requirements regarding customs duty preference management, legal control and import. That means you are in charge of several transactional processes like master data management for materials and vendors. Additionally you will interact with global trade colleagues, the Henkels business units and vendors all over the world to solve queries and problems with the support of tools and systems. Top level data quality and excellent operations of these tasks are highly valuable for Henkel and are the key to successful international trade.
