Located within the Henkel Shared Service Centre in Bratislava, STP Specialist – Purchasing support will carry out and support the performance of Henkel daily sourcing activities for Raw Materials and interact in a customer oriented manner with other remote Henkel purchasing locations (e.g. Henkel Corporate HQ in Düsseldorf).

What we offer

  • Coordination of price lists as well as checking adherence  
  • Coordination of new article creation in internal systems including communication with all relevant departmentsand suppliers to ensure the smooth introduction of new articles or updates of existing articles
  • Cooperation with the global Tail-End Management team in matters of tender planning, targets, KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Preparation, running, tracking and evaluation of Tail-end tenders, with the focus on savings and improvement of cash net working capital including day-to-day communication with eSourcing team and Tail-end purchasers on tender-related topics
  • Tracking of global, regional and country KPIs on a monthly and/or quarterly basis including analyzing data, investigating root causes for discrepancies, following-up if corrections are needed

Who we are looking for

  • University or College education in a related field (i.e. Management, Business Administration, Purchasing
  • 1-2 years of previous administration experience gained either in purchasing, customer service or finance environment
  • Advanced English language (verbal and written)
  • MS Excel Technology (MS Office – Word, Power Point, Outlook)

Minimum salary: 1060 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
