Source to Pay Specialist with English Language (m/f)

Source to Pay (STP) department is handling incoming supplier invoices and provides services that are linked to the general processes of incoming invoice posting. All invoices for services and goods, materials, marketing are sent electronically to STP department in SSC Bratislava. If additional information is needed, the accountant contacts the local responsible and after receiving information, posts the invoice immediately.

What we offer

  • Posting of 3rd party invoices, taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment
  • Communication with suppliers and colleagues from Norden countries in case of errors, missing data or problems
  • Resolving queries in regards to value deviations of invoices or credit notes
  • Handling of emails, tickets, dunning letters and ad hoc requests
  • Handling of interest invoices (invoices for late payments), investigation and communication with debt collectors in order to withdrawn interests costs
  • Taking care about standard procedures and constantly striving to improve the processes
  • Checking of special reports and doing reconciliation activities


 

Who we are looking for

  • University education in a related field to purchasing or finance
  • Knowledge of English language on advanced level is required
  • Previous administration or accounting experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
  • Communication skills and a high service orientation, accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills

Minimum salary: 1060 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
