The E-Sourcing team is supporting the category purchasers around the world including the corporate purchasing organization in our headquarters with setting up sourcing events in our respective systems. Concretely, we support the bidding process in preparation and setting up electronic tenders and auctions within our e-sourcing tools, and followed by evaluation of e-biddings together with the category teams. The team of logistics purchasing specialists carries out and supports the performance of the day to day purchasing logistics activities and interacts in a customer service manner with other remote Henkel purchasing locations.

What we offer

  • Preparation, setup and administration of electronic eSourcing tenders - requests for quotations (RfQ), information (RfI) and proposals (RfP) within Henkel eSourcing tool
  • Support suppliers' onboarding onto the Henkel eSourcing tool
  • Analysis & consolidation of RfI/RfQ related bids, documents and data
  • Analysis & support within Henkel´s internal planning and statistics tools on regular basis
  • Support analysis about supplier self-assessment, Supplier evaluation, Tender behavior reports within Henkel Supplier relationship program
  • Support global Purchasing Organization in initiatives related to increase of efficiency in the area of Logistics
  • Support in the generation of sourcing events in the cycle plan 

Who we are looking for

  • University education in a related field to purchasing/logistics/supply chain
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in an international company
  • English (Verbal and written) on an active level, German language is an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills, Excel on an excellent level
  • Proactive communication style, customer service approach with the ability to interact with contacts from different countries and different managerial levels
  • Energy, drive and determination to succeed and to reach challenging targets
  • Working independently and be imaginative; thinking outside the box

Minimum salary: 1060 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
