The Business Controlling team based in the Shared Service Centre Bratislava acts as an internal service provider for the Finance organizations of the three business units (Adhesive Technologies, Laundry and Home Care, Beauty Care) within Henkel. By performing standard and ad-hoc analysis for internal clients we are supporting headquarter and regional hubs by quantitative and qualitative information, reports and services related to the financial statement of Henkel. Our team is highly utilizing multiple internal business systems to develop state of the art financial reporting for various fields like Supply Chain, Marketing, International Sales Controlling, etc.

What we offer

  • Close collaboration with 2 Adhesives Technologies Strategic Business Units (SBU's): Packaging & Consumer Goods & Consumers
  • KPI reporting, data collection for short term planning-forecast preparation
  • Regular reporting of business performance and ad-hoc analyses
  • Key contribution to controlling presentations used by top management to review performance and steer the business
  • Close cooperation with the business counterparts as well as SSC controlling teams in the Adhesives Technologies business (Business Controlling, Systems and BI)
  • Desktop automation and continuous improvement of processes and tools used by the Controlling department
  • Defining new standards and utilize existing BI tools
  • Opportunity to obtain widely recognized certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)

Who we are looking for

  • University degree preferable in the field of Finance, Controlling
  •  English language on an active level
  •  MS Excel on an advanced level
  • Interest in advanced reporting tools (BI solutions, XL3,..)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Proactive and motivated person, willing to learn
  •  Flexible team-player

Minimum salary: 1.100 EUR gross. Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.
