Fixed Assets Department is a team of people ensuring correct and timely accounting and reporting of non-current assets within European Henkel companies. As a part of our main responsibilities we analyze investment projects in terms of deciding whether new purchase meets condition for treating it as fixed asset and capitalize new acquisitions if so. We create and maintain asset master data in order to keep them up to date. In case of asset disposals we book asset sales, transfers and scrapping.

What we offer

  • Corporate Standard Accounting and country's local accounting and tax law Creation and maintenance of Asset Master Data Booking of Asset disposals and transfer
  • Posting extraordinary depreciation/write up
  •  Performing monthly/quarterly/year-end closing
  • Providing reports on Fixed Assets Supporting audit, handling low value assets
  • Contribution to planning of depreciation figures

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Economics or Business Academy
  •  Active knowledge of English language
  • Good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
  • Microsoft Office on an advanced level
  • Previous experience in SAP is an advantage
  •  Energy, drive, positive attitude and determination to succeed
  • Communication and interpersonal skills

    Minimum Salary: 1060 EUR gross. Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.
