The Facility Management team deals with building management and maintenance, Fleet management and Investment project implementation. Team is also responsible for SHE management (fire protection, occupational safety and health), Security Management and operation of Henkel Kindergarten.

What we offer

  • Deputizing for the Facility Manager and assisting with the team management
  • Creating of floor plans according to Slovak and Corporate regulations, space planning & coordination of internal moves 
  • Managing and providing timely reports
  • Preparation and evidence of documentation for the various types of audits and certifications
  • Managing order processing and control of incoming invoices, service and building financial plan creation & ensuring physical inventory of the property
  • Implementing environmental health and safety program components, as well as emergency response plans
  • Supplier and security reviewing and data deletion based on General Data Protection Regulation

Who we are looking for

  • University degree with relevant background
  • Experience in the areas of Facility Management, SHE Management, Security Management  
  • Active level of English language
  • Knowledge of AutoCad, Microsoft office and SAP
  • Ability to lead and steer projects
  • Reliable, communicative, positive, quick learner with the attention to detail, analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills
  • Motivated team player, willing to learn and continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of Facility Management

Minimum salary: 1300 EUR gross. Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.
