Within the Shared Service Center, our Team Assistance department is supporting managers who are located in Germany, Netherlands, Austria and Slovakia. What we offer

  • Planning & scheduling of meetings, video / phone conferences and taking care of the daily agenda of managers within their MS Outlook
  • Arranging business trips, e.g. organization of VISA, booking of hotels and flights, car rental, submitting travel expenses reports in the system
  • Organizing and ordering of the office equipment for the foreign departments
  • Providing support to the teams of managers and working with peers from other teams
  • Placing of purchase orders and orders tracking in Proweb tool, delivery management
  • Financial tracking/reporting/reposting handling
  • Support with specific budget clean-up – outstanding commitments and payment reminders
  • Promo samples/finished goods ordering and delivery management
  • Digital Webpages/tools access maintenance and tracking
  • Communication, assistance and alignment with suppliers, finance department, STP, interns in case of technical errors for supported managers
  • Further development of skills through Continuous Improvement project

Who we are looking for

  • Higher level of education finished
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Excellent level of English (verbal and written form)
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, independent, creative, accurate and reliable person with the ability to prioritize and
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Team player

Minimum salary: 970 EUR gross. Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.
