  • Technical support of global projects implementation in the area of purchasing process improvements and standardization
  • Performance of settings in SAP system and validation of transferred purchasing data in new environment 
  • Responsible for analysis of systems, tools and processes, and subsequent identification of optimization opportunities
  • Development of designs as basis for IT related system improvements
  • Proactively identify and solve project risks
  • Conduct testing of new system and process solutions
  • Monitor and control project execution in line with project plan
  • Preparation of training material and conduction of trainings
  • Organize and lead meetings with involved teams and managers in order to coordinate smooth implementation of the project
  • Implement standard processes to newly acquired acquisitions
  • Status reporting of assigned projects in front of team and management on a national and international basis


  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Experience with SAP/Ariba is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excel and PowerPoint knowledge intermediate or above
  • Experience with purchasing back office, process improvements or project management is an advantage

Minimum salary: 1220 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
