  • Supporting global and regional Brand Managers and Product Managers in coordinating the product innovation process
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and departments (marketing, packaging, product safety and others) involved in the innovation process
  • Coordinating artwork agencies during product label adaptations to sales country language and requirements
  • Responsibility for keeping track of the timing, reminding stakeholders to deliver their input, validating inputs
  • Escalations of issues to Product Technology Manager/Category Manager/Brand Manager and/or leadership


  • University or College education
  • At least one year of previous working experience (administration, marketing, coordination etc.)
  • Active level of English language (verbal and written) is a must - communication with stakeholders on daily basis
  • Knowledge of standard office applications
  • Analytical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence
  • Process and detail-oriented personality with strongly developed sense for prioritization and time management
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Minimum salary: 1100 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
