YOUR ROLE
- Administration support for supply chain department (handle the production of promotional products for Henkel customers)
- Master Data maintenance in SAP system (respective trainings will be provided)
- Regularly checking of quantity for packaging materials (stickers, sleeve, outer cases...)
- Regularly checking of data for purchasing process (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices)
YOUR SKILLS
- University student
- Active (written and verbal) knowledge of English language is required
- PC knowledge: MS Office Excel (at least on an intermediate level)
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Ability to work independently and also within a team
- Attention to detail
