YOUR ROLE
- Contribute to shaping Adhesive Technologies’ strategy for sustainability by shaping our approach to assess and develop our portfolio to contribute to sustainability
- Collaborate with internal sustainability experts in further developing a comprehensive portfolio assessment methodology
- Lead the implementation of the assessment methodology internally as part of our systems, processes and organizational know-how
- Scout latest standards and external developments to ensure the approach is relevant, science-based and allows strategic portfolio steering on a business level
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy or Sustainability Management
- Ideally ca. 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Passion towards driving sustainability in a business environment, working together with various cross-functional stakeholders e.g. from market strategy, product development or other sustainability teams
- Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset, affinity towards data beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication capabilities
- Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
