• The role is key expert for developing the thermal propagation protection coating platform and drive the innovation to deliver differential solution to customers.
  
• Develop new technology and chemistry for enabling the new TPP coating.
  
• Advancing the customer product using Henkel material science.
  
• Drive the new product development to fulfill customer specification.
  
• Develop new chemistry and technology for the high-performance coating including silicone, PU, epoxy chemistry.
  
• Polymerize the new chemicals bringing new properties.
  
• Generate IP plan for the new technology.
  
• Contribute to the innovation strategy and plan execution.
