YOUR ROLE

• Development of EU Influencer strategies for focus brands based on business and marketing activation objectives  
• Adaptation of global Influencer guideline/playbook to create more detailed guidance with individual support for key EU countries on when and how to use Influencer marketing 
• Create piloting and trend-based Influencer concepts to complement campaign toolboxes
• Spot, evaluate, negotiate and partly manage Influencers that can be used/leveraged cross country and lead Relationship Management as main POC for primary EU Influencer & their Managements 
• Upskilling of local Digital teams regarding Influencer marketing  

YOUR SKILLS

• Master Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
• Min 3-5 years experience in Influencer Marketing ideally in FMCG (agency or industry side)
• Experience in defining an Influencer Marketing strategy as well as in implementation of an Influencer Marketing guideline/playbook 
• Track record in managing international Influencer Marketing activations incl. experience in building and maintaining relationship with Influencers and their managements
• Ideally experience in collaboration with local Marketing departments
• Strong passion for Influencer & Social Media Marketing 
• Fluent in English and German
