YOUR ROLE

·Establishes work plan and staffing levels to meet changing business needs

·Supports a safe workplace environment

·Ensure staffing is thoroughly trained in the operations they are performing.

·Continues to support and build upon a “Quality Comes First” attitude within their departments.

·Supports 5S, Clean, Safe working environment, and audits for success.

·Grows Coordinators in leadership activities, and builds a communication path that is open and honest through coaching, mentoring, or training.

·Builds open communications with all assigned employees, and takes action to resolve issue, or brings forward to site leadership team.

·Identifies areas where cost, quality, reduced lead-times can be reduced to aid in machine utilization, lower scrap, labor efficiencies, etc.

·Plays an active role in various programs.

·Performs other duties as assigned.

YOUR SKILLS

·Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school required.

·4 – 6 years of direct supervisory experience.

·Prior leadership experience in manufacturing environment

·Possesses proven coaching and people development capabilities.

·Experience with SAP or similar MRP/ERP systems is strongly preferred.

·Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, displaying strong communication skills.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
