YOUR ROLE

Engage in a structured 12-month, full time graduate program with a Sales focus rotating through key account management and category.
Nurture strong client relationships through local projects and take advantage of our global networking opportunities
Develop broad technical and leadership skills by working with market leaders throughout the program
Establish yourself as a leader of change mastering analysis, building brand plans and project planning

YOUR SKILLS

Have completed a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or Finance by 31 December 2023
Be a strong communicator capable of collaborating and presenting with a global team
Have a strong analytical mindset and desire to work across various teams
Organisational and time management skills are essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
