  • The purpose of this position is to support regional business team to better manage customer satisfaction and their increasing requirements. This position will work closely with key account managers to capture customer requirements and cascade their requirement for relevant sales and functions for execution, including CCMS management and reduction driven.
  • Organize and collaborate relevant teams to drive customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Interact with GQKA and stakeholders to troubleshoot customer issues and take preventive initiative to achieve quality improvement.
  • Execution of global and regional project to APAC

  • Accountabilities (Time in %)
  • Leading in customer satisfaction improvement effort for key accounts, dealing with customer voice and complaints, while organizing relevant functions team to achieve successful quality improvement 35%
  • Interact key account management team and business team to drive and collaborate quality improvement activities, plus new product quality issue prevention 25%
  • Visit customer sites with relevant functions to understand customer expectation and comfort customers by providing professional solutions. 20%
  • Be involved as required training for customer satisfactions standard to sales and Henkel sites 10%
  • Collaborate function team to roll out global relevant projects in APAC as one of key role player 10%


  • What qualifications, licensor education level does the employee need? Describe educational requirements, certification, and license.
  • Bachelor degree of Chemical or Engineering, master degree as a plus
  • IATF16949 internal auditor, six sigma green belt certified, black belt as a plus
  • English oral and written smoothly.
  • A solid experience of 7+ years working experience in quality management within Chemical, automotive or electronics industry, customer complaint management experience focus.
  • Knowing well related to IATF16949 , VDA 6.3, SPC, PPAP, APQP etc
  • 3+ years leadership experience, especially regional role.
  • Strong ability in planning and executing, positive attitude to take challenge.
  • Good English oral and written skill.
