YOUR ROLE
- Collects and analyses market segments & peer competitors in-house & external market research databases & providers. Ensures consistency in market sizing methodology delivering recommendations to act & react to market developments & trends.
- Collects and analyses customer insights to provide relevant customer intelligence and takes the lead to execute on market development programs & initiatives to support ACM business.
- Develops expert packages combining market, application & portfolio know-how enabling sales to deliver customer value beyond & rapidly scale across industries.
- Implements product portfolio strategy, leading product lifecycle management and defining future product roadmap in collaboration with Global Markets & Applications and Innovation functions.
- Takes the commercial lead on product launches, extensions, and communications regionally.
- Monitors/ manages profitability of product line, value map creation & maintenance, base product pricing per lead region, price deviation review.
- Sets clear team goals & KPIs in line with ACM APAC business agenda, leads and motivate the team to realize the objectives, updates on performance and takes corrective action on areas of improvements.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business or Strategy fields.
- 5-10 years of relevant experiences in market development and/or leadership role, preferably in B2B.
- Fluent English both in oral and written.
- Passionate team player with a strong sense of project ownership
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across different functions and with stakeholders in different geographies.
