About this Position
ファイナンス部門は、会社のお金を管理するだけでなく、数字を通じて経営判断を支える重要な役割を担っています。
本インターンシップは、主に HAT Business Controlling（管理会計）チームでの業務となります。経理業務とは異なり、予算策定、業績予測（Forecast）、予実分析、事業分析などを通じて、経営層や事業部門の意思決定を支援します。
What you´ll do
ファイナンスチームの一員として、以下のサポート業務を担当いただきます。
- 予算策定業務のサポート • 実績報告レポートの作成サポート
- 予算と実績の比較分析（予実分析）
- 売上・利益に関するデータ集計および分析 • 経営資料やプレゼンテーション資料の作成 •
- その他、ファイナンス部門の日常業務サポート

必須要件
- 大学または大学院に在籍中の方
- 日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
- Microsoft Excel、PowerPointの基本操作ができる方
- 数字を扱うことやデータ分析に興味のある方
歓迎要件
- 英語でのコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
- 日商簿記3級以上をお持ちの方
- 会計、財務、経営、経済学などを専攻されている方
- データ分析やレポート作成の経験をお持ちの方
勤務条件・待遇
- 勤務形態：週3日以上～フルタイム（応相談）
- 給与：時給1,500円
- 交通費：
インターン開始時および終了時の往復交通費
マンスリーマンションからオフィスまでの交通費
上記については実費全額支給 - 住宅補助（マンスリーマンション）：
月額費用の80％を会社が補助、残り20％は自己負担
※公共交通機関利用時に、片道90分以上または片道50km以上の場合に適用
