Market Strategy Manager

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Market Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, Application Engineering, Sales Leadership, or Industry Consulting
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience manipulating large datasets to identify market opportunities, customer targets, and growth trends
• Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and executive-level recommendations
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing growth strategies
• Experience conducting market assessments, competitive analyses, and opportunity evaluations 
• Experience working directly with customers to identify unmet needs and business opportunities 
• Ability to build business cases and present recommendations to leadership 
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in Data Centers, Industrial Manufacturing, Energy Infrastructure, Electronics, Automation, or related markets
• Experience launching new products, applications, or market initiatives
• Experience with market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), Voice of Customer, and growth strategy development

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 and $135,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
