About this Position
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue expansion, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions across Appliance, Filtration and related industry segments.
What you´ll do
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts to drive long-term business growth and customer satisfaction; Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of business and operational issues
- Identify new business opportunities within Appliance or Filtration; Create and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development Management, Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering, and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews with customers; Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to develop effective growth strategies
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, account reviews, and strategic proposals to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and customer activity reports; Drive customer engagement and strengthen partnerships while ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC & partners with cross-regional teams to align strategies and share best practices
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related commercial role; Industry experience in Appliance, Filtration or other industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic customer relationships and delivering business growth; Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels; Experience working with regional or global customers in a complex business environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, required
