Interview with Julia

Being an intern at Henkel, what do you like most about it?
At Henkel, I am working in both, a publicly listed global corporation and a family owned business. Henkel’s culture is characterized by a great team spirit and collaboration. Because of the company’s onboarding process and buddy program, I immediately felt welcome and like a valued part of the team.

Do you consider Henkel as a future employer and why?
Yes, I would definitely consider Henkel as a future employee. Since Henkel operates globally, it offers the great chance for an international career and to work together in international teams on challenging projects a daily basis.
Also, Henkel has many women in leading positions, which I find inspiring.

What is unique about working at Henkel?
Henkel has a unique global team and culture. I am working together with people from Germany, Brazil, China and Colombia. This creates new perspectives and better business solutions and ideas.
Henkel also strongly encourages building up a network within the company by its open door culture that allows me to meet with managers from different business units and management levels every day.
